Return and Refund Policy

GRYT Hair Co. sells physical grooming products through grythair.com. We want every order to arrive in good condition and match what was purchased.
Returns: Because hair styling products are personal-care items, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To start a return request, contact us at support@grythair.com or through our Contact page with your order number before sending anything back.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution.
Refunds: If a return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after the damage claim is approved. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process above.
